Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Although there were extensive roadworks the driver got us there and back

If the performance is an early one it would be helpful for pickup to be 30 mins earlier to give time for lunch without rushing. Always a joy to travel with you.
