The price of the Albert Hall ticket was £ 30 64 pence. Price paid to Richmond’s tours £67 50 pence. Too high a discrepancy for two people’s coach fare into London from Bishop’s Stortford being £61...

Dear Mr Gemmell, I am sorry you felt overcharged for this trip, in order for us to gain group discounts we have to commit to purchase a large number of tickets a long way in advance and take the risk of not being able to sell them all. On this occasion we had 5 unsold tickets which we had paid for. As part of your package price you were also each able to claim a programme with a face value of £5 which I hope you took advantage of.
