Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Disappointing

They should offer to do free returns. They should not send out ( eg Jubilee offer) saying 15% or other discount and then not discount the full price. I guess they supply wholesale generally so VAT...

Thank you for the feedback Heather, yes unfortunately we do not offer free returns as a wholesaler. The discount code would be the same amount if the prices were ex vat or incl vat, you can toggle the prices with or without vat in our menu. Our duvet covers are an open bag style as this is the preferred option for commercial laundries in the hospitality sector however we do have a home style available with buttons/poppers as an alternative.
