Website and customer service agents misleadi g

The measurements for the items I purchased were incorrect on the website and the customer service agent also said it was 35cm deep. Very disappointing.

Thank you for the feedback Tracy, the Hollowfibre Toppers feature elasticated bands and so comfortably fit a 35 cm depth mattress. So long as the product has not been used feel free to complete our returns form and you can send back for a full refund.

Thank you for your clarification, David. Please could you update your website and ask your customer service agent to be more specific about the depth. I asked how deep the product was and I was told 35cm. I was not told that I was 1cm deep with the elastics that will fit up to a 35cm deep mattress. I will not be returning the product as I did use them in the hope that it would provide some cushioning.
