Many thanks for the feedback Shelia and sorry to hear you do not like your pillow. Note natural pillows will require daily maintenance as will look quite flat from transit and use. Feel free to take a look at the following video, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Fc06nnxar0, where we show you how to pad the pillows to get them looking firm and full. We would recommend to follow these instructions each time the pillow is used.

Thank you for the feedback Trevor and sorry to hear there was an issue with delivery. I cannot see DPD attempting delivery at your location but does show as a missed delivery and as such DPD will automatically deliver to a pick up shop as standard to reduce emissions from re-deliveries. I will raise with DPD and hope this didn't cause too much inconvenience.
