I ordered 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels, hand towels arrived within 3 days but I got a email to say that the bath towels won't be in until the 10th of March, why not give me a refund & start again...

Why bother with the refund now, 10th of March is only 4 days away, I didn't want the hand towels without the bath towels, very disappointed.

Nice product, I ordered 2 hand towels & 2 bath towels, postage paid, they delivered the smaller towels & sent me a email to say the bath towels are out of stock for 3 weeks, when I left a bad review they refunded the other two towels, I wanted a matching set, so if I order the remaining item again I will have to pay the postage again, where is the sense in that, not happy at all, if they can deliver the missing items I would order again but I don't want to pay the postage, & I didn't want the hand towels without the bath towels, hope it makes sense.
