Hello David I have already had conversation with Amanda Newham. It was only after taking two cushions out of their packaging that I realised they were very flat, no matter how much I tried to fluff them up so suggesting a refund if they are unused is a bit like shutting the door after the horse has bolted. I couldn't have discovered this issue without using the pillows. At least I was able to return 4 that were still in the packaging so I didn't waste all my money. I have continued to 'fluff' these pillows every day and it makes no difference. They do not have enough filling and they are nowhere near to level of comfort I was expecting, especially considering I'd had first hand experience before I bought them. They are not up to standard, either you have a bad batch or you've lowered the standard of the pillow.
