Thank you for your feedback. With regards to the paperwork concerning the warranty you purchased this should be with you within one month of delivery as the date of delivery is when the warranty starts and we do not submit your details until after the goods are delivered. If you do have cause to use the warranty prior to receiving the paperwork please feel free to contact us.
As you have not provided the name of your local retailer I do not know if the warranty they supply has all the inclusions that come with ours. The Staingard warranty we supply includes treatment of the upholstery and many warranties do not. This entails spraying the upholstery to help prevent staining. Should the upholstery become stained a technician will be sent to professionally remove the stain and if this is not possible a replacement will be supplied. The warranty also includes repairs or replacement should the upholstery become accidentally damaged or develope a structural fault for up to 5 years.
At the time of order you should have received a Staingard leaflet and a Reynolds care brochure which has all the information you require to keep your sofa looking good and includes cleaning instructions. If for some reason you were not given these or have mislaid them I would be more than happy to forward them to you.
Although this is a location I have only visited irregularly I was frankly amazed at the large 3 floors of furniture and accessories......way more than I have seen elsewhere in Sussex.
