Thank you for your feedback. It was most disappointing to hear that our service was not up to our usual standard and for this we apologise. I have spoken to the salesperson concerned and he sends his apologies and has said he did not intend to appear argumentative. All new rugs need to be rolled the opposite way diagonally from the corners to enable them to lay flat. Only heavier woven or fine rugs may not need to go through this process. I have made the staff aware of your feedback and instructed them to make customers aware of this fact. I will also be adding it into our customer care leaflet.
