Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

We are sorry to hear that you do not find the furniture as comfortable as the showroom model. All upholstered furniture will eventually achieve the same level of comfort as the showroom model with use. As you have only had the goods for 5 days I would expect it to feel differently. It really needs a few weeks for the fillings to break down and for the sofas to feel like the showroom model. If after this time you are still not happy with it we will arrange for your suite to be inspected. All leather is likely to stretch and crease this may necessitate smoothing the leather after use. The care booklet you were given at the time of purchase will explain this.

Very difficult to award stars , not necessary Reynolds fault ,ordered sideboard 9th March still not arrived long story ,no more to say.

We are very sorry for the late delivery of your sideboard. We had chased this for you on the 6 June and were told it would be delivered the following week. We regret it was not received until the beginning of July. Unfortunately we are at the mercy of our suppliers and the product you bought is not easily sourced. I realise that we should have kept you better informed. This was in part due to our order chaser being on holiday. We have taken steps to ensure that we keep our customers better informed of delays in the future.

Now two weeks since sideboard arrived from Ireland on inspection some marks noticed ,we agreed too accept sideboard with a discount . Latest news sideboard due to be collected last Tuesday by couriers ,still await there phone call to arrange delivery . Biggest disappointment must be once sideboard had arrived from Ireland i imagined it would have been delivered asap

Sorry it's taken so long for the carrier to deliver to you and we are in the process of sourcing a new carrier due to the length of time it takes from collection to delivery. We have recently been informed that the supplier of your sideboard has suspended all retail operations for 6 months to concentrate on it's contract work. This was probably the reason for the late delivery of you sideboard. All its products have now been removed from our website.
