Always good to shop here. I bought a mattress this time. Hypnos. All good, only waited a few weeks. Delivery men prompt and helpful. We have bought lots of furniture here over the last five years....

Salesman had plenty of time to help us choose the variety of stock to view was immense.Delivery of purchase occurred well in advance of prediction

Knew about the product, gave a competitive price, advised date of delivery.

have bought from Reynolds in the past and their goods & service have always been first class

Salesmen were ok but we think we were mis-informed.

Excellent service by sales staff and administrative. Very polite and helpful. My wife is wheelchair bound, but getting around the store was very good. Would definitely recommend friends to Reynolds.

Knowledgeable and courteous at point of sale. Prompt, efficient, courteous delivery with careful attention to unpacking and assembly. All good.

We have the Scotch-Guard certificate now thank you, but time will tell on the performance of the product. So far, so good.
