We are in the process of changing all of our sizing in the Florence dress to standard UK 8 - 22 as we understand the gap between L and XL is a little big and in this instance, didn't work well for you. We hope that you will consider our brand again in future with our new sizing range. The chianti colour is beautiful and is sure to look amazing on the wedding day.

Thank you for your feedback. I have looked back through our correspondence and can see that you had an issue with the hem of the Florence waterfall dress not sitting correctly. The hem on the skirt is biased cut which gives it it's beautiful fluttering skirt shape and so I am sorry that you felt this was a fault of the dress/design. I can see that Christina replied to your first email within 25 minutes offering an exchange or partial refund on the dress. You then replied and told us the dress had already been worn and you would prefer a partial refund which we processed immediately.

Thanks for your nice feedback - as you mentioned, our satin washes really well but as is the nature of satin - some stains will show more than others x

Thanks for your feedback about the material - the satin fabric used in our ties is exactly the same as the satin used in our dresses so that they are completely matching.
