The website failed to work once a cancellation was added but the telephone call to the company was very good and successful. The hamper arrived a day before it was due. Fortunately I was at home.

I had to chase your customer services 3 times and Fed Ex twice to find out where / when the delivery of the Hamper was likely to happen. It did arrive on the due date , but very late on the day .

Many thanks for your feedback. We have spoken to our internal team & FedEx and it appears that on this occasion the communication was not up to our usual standard, for which I'd like to apologise. It seems FedEx's system confused matters initially, as they were delivering multiple packages to you on this day from different suppliers. For an unknown reason, their system initially showed our parcels were part of this first delivery, which created the confusion. I understand that FedEx did then successfully deliver our parcels later in the afternoon. With Kind Regards, The Regency Hampers Team

I had multiple packages on one order going to the same address at the same time…
