Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Too many emails , why the phone call .

The manager was inthisiaatic but I don’t why it could not all been done on line , unless it was required to k y c. “Enthusiastic” , there are too many emails , like ten since sign up .
