Asked for a 1mm and you sent a 2mm and took 3days to get here not that impressed.

I'm really sorry to hear that you didn't receive a good service. I have had a look at your order and I can see that you ordered a 228103 1mm blade. Our records say that we sent you a 1mm blade. Maybe there was a despatch error? If you would like to call 01202 632270 we can get the blade back and send you a 1mm blade replacement.

Regarding the delay in receiving the order I believe you ordered it on the 3rd and DPD tried to deliver it on the 5th. We try and despatch all web orders on the same if placed before 1pm

the best paddle mixers whisk in the world

they are the best tools in the UK and they last well, so although they price hurts its actually cheaper in the long run as the old saying BUY CHEAP PAY TWICE rings to mind.
