Thank you for your feedback. Please accept my sincere apologies for the error with your recent order. I can see that you ordered a reconditioned 230v EZR22 Megamixer a few days ago on 6th November and that there has been a despatch error. I will give you a call to arrange collection of the 230v machine and I will get the 110v machine sent to you as soon as possible
