Item not received in almost 2 months!!

Normally I receive great service from the Refina team, however, unfortunately in this occasion i haven't. I placed and paid for my order on the 4th July and within a few days received all of my order...

Hi. Please accept my sincere apologies for the delay regarding the Superflex 3 trowel that you ordered and I’m sorry that you weren't kept informed of the status. We have been trying to keep customers updated with products that are out of stock and try in ensure that the web stock levels are correct to avoid circumstances like this. We have had some issues with supply due to the current situation and this has left us having to wait long periods for some items. These trowels are expected by 20th September please let me know if you are willing to wait or if you would like a refund
