Hi Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback and I am sorry that you didn't receive a good service for delivery. For long lengths over 1m we use a third party courier service. You should have received an email from this company to advise when delivery was going to be made. All the couriers that we use should obtain a signature on delivery but unfortunately in your case this hasn’t happened. Please accept my sincere apologies. I have relayed this error with the courier company and stressed to them that we need signatures for deliveries and that items shouldn’t just be left

We do try and keep the website up to date as much as possible but as orders come through over the phone as well as on the web we cannot always guarantee stock levels. Trowel gives a great finish. Service excellent.

Ordered Superflex trowel over phone during lockdown. Cycled over to Upton(as my day's exercise) and was met at the door with the item ready to collect. Brilliant!
