Hello Thanks for your feedback about the trade counter We initially closed the trade counter during the lockdown, and then because of building a new extension to the factory We will not be re-opening the trade counter as we have had three outbreaks of Covid in the warehouse and office Any reduced working can results in us losing thousands of £s of deliveries a day to our dealers and merchant customers around the country We offer next day web orders to the trade and a click & collect service for local customers

This plasterer's bucket is a product exclusive to the UK There were five UK roto-moulding producers a couple of years ago but three have ceased trading or have discontinued building trade products We have been buying from the same factory for over ten years, but they have stopped making the white bucket and the black plastic bucket alternative has a thinner wall thickness. The hoop handle is not as sturdy (the price to us has gone up) We will not be re-ordering when our stock is gone Sorry about the reduced quality but it is down to the plastics factory rather than Refina trying to reduce costs If an alternative comes up, we will send a sample for you to test Regards, Peter Gray

If you email a photo of the tubs that you received to sales@refina.co.uk and we will arrange for the correct tubs to be delivered
