Hi
Sorry to hear that you received the wrong tubs back in February. I can't find any record of you contacting us. If there has been a despatch error we will always rectify it. Can you email a photo of the tubs that you received to sales@refina.co.uk and we will arrange for the correct tubs to be delivered
Thank you for your feedback. We pride ourselves on supplying quality products to the trade and I am sorry that you are unhappy with the quality of these tubs. Following on from your discussion with Richard I understand we agreed to supply these tubs at a reduced rate. If there is anything further I can do please let me know
