Thank you for your feedback. This is the first that we had heard of this and, further to the FAQ on our website, as our email contains attachments it is occasionally blocked by Internet Service Providers (‘ISPs’) or the email is sent to your ‘Junk’ or ‘Spam’ folder. Ordinarily we request that you email us to give us an opportunity to sort this for you. Sending us an email also serves another purpose as it may also add our address to your 'safe email list' and allow us to reply with the documents. I have this morning resent your documents and sent you an email to ensure that you receive the documents.
