Ryanair wanted £27 for Damage Insurance. Reduce My Excess was only £7. Didn't have to test whether RME would pay up, so can't comment on that.

I have used the company for several years and always found the service good although I have not had to make a claim until this year. This process is ongoing but to date the procedure seems simple.
