I sent some feedback before but they have phoned and sorted it out. They said I had ticked on the post but I had not received this. They are sending it to me. They were very efficient on the phone. This is a far better deal than buying excess when you hire a car. I was pressured by the car hire firm in Italy to buy their excess which was £20 a day reduced to £14. I would not have been able to afford that.
