Hi Michael, Thanks for your comments. All of our annual car hire excess insurance policies are set to automatically renew, and you agree to this when you purchase. (You can always change this at any point by contacting us throughout your policy's lifespan.). Beware of the auti renew
Beware the auto renew small print , it's not clear and 1 year later you will find they have taken another payment whether you wanted them to or not

Simple to order. Did not camel a claim.
The buying experience was straight forward and simple. I did not have cause to claim on this policy and so I can not comment on this part of the service.

Very disappointing...
I booked one time insurance by mistake and they don't have return policy. Very disappointing... And also customer care is very hard to connect. I suggest look for different company...

Our annual policies (or policies that are for longer than 30 days) can be cancelled and issued with a full refund within 14 days or purchase for this exact purpose. Unfortunately, if you took out a policy for less than 30 days, then we can't issue a refund for this.
