Lack of an answer.
The fact that I have made 2 requests for clarification on their initial quote and am still awaiting an answer speaks for itself. A reply would possibly change my rating and my views.

I sincerely apologise for confusing the Companies . Your Company and especially Chloe were quite superb and in other circumstances I wouldn’t hesitate to use them . Again my review was totally incorrect and I would like to retract my remarks. Furthermore please ensure that Chloe is advised of my mistake .
