I tried to add an extra two days, I tried to contact them with no joy, I've now checked my account & have had three payments taken out, I have tried to contact them without any joy, I am unhappy !

I can see that we did reply back to you and adjusted your policy as you requested, but you also purchased another policy online which is why you have duplicate payments.
