Hi Jason, Thank you for your feedback, I'm sorry to hear that you're unhappy with our response time. I can see that you had contacted us after our offices had closed, and we ask that you allow up to 2 working days for a response. We are unable to add cover for other type of vehicles to your policy. If you required cover for another vehicle type, you would have needed to purchase another policy and we would've refunded the original policy. Kind regards, Charli.

Good as far as it went
Didn't need to claim so I can't comment on how that side of things stacks up but it did seem good value for money compared with other excess insurance companies
