There was a crack in a cup and Red Candy replaced the whole set promptly with no fuss and the new set arrived the next day. Highly recommend their service.
The order took a long time so I'm guessing it was drop shipped, when it arrived it was smaller than i imagined so tricky to get the right size sticks for, but the overall product is well made.
