I'm very sorry to hear that you're not happy with the service. Two of the three items that you ordered were marked as out of stock on the website when you placed your order. I then sent an email to you to confirm that the coffee cups were due back into stock by the end of this week, and that we were waiting for an ETA on the ice cream scoops. The coffee cups are still due in this week, and we are still waiting for a reply from KitchenAid with regards the ice cream scoops - I've been chasing them every other day since my email to you. As soon as the coffee cups come in I will have these sent out with your drainer, and will let you know when I hear more about the ice cream scoops. Unfortunately we cannot display an accurate ETA on our website if the manufacturers haven't provided us with this info. Once again, I'm very sorry for the inconvenience caused.
