It is regrettable that you assumed we worked over the Bank Holiday period, however the Delivery Information https://www.redbuscartridges.com/delivery-information/ which is clickable from any page on our website, is very clear about dispatch & delivery times. I am somewhat confused when you say that you were able to specifically select Bank Holiday Monday for delivery, as our website does not facilitate a nominated delivery day.
