Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Click on 'Manage Preferences' and you can tick to receive the email notifications for either of your RCNi Journals. You can also get a 'Table of Contents' emailed to you when each new issue is due.
