Hello Elizabeth,

Thank you for your feedback, and I'm very sorry to read that you aren't satisfied with the shoes you purchased. We pride ourselves on producing comfortable, high quality products, but the nature of the different model designs/strap configurations and the varying nature of people's foot shapes unfortunately means that some models will not necessarily be suitable for everyone.

I can see that the pair ordered was a discontinued model from our clearance stock; since this pair was produced we have upgraded all of the Latin sandals in our current range to improve support and include increased padding for comfort.

We do advise that customers try shoes on a soft clean surface when they receive them to check that they are happy with the comfort and fit; if not they can be returned to be exchanged or for a refund.

Obviously if the pair you have has been worn we would be unable to accept them now, however if they have not been worn, we would still be happy for you to return them.
