We are sorry to read your comments because we do try and book clients into the workshop as soon as mutually convenient taking into account parts availability, courtesy vehicle requirements, client preferences etc. I am unsure as to why there was such an apparent delay and can see that your original booking on the 17th was subsequently changed to the 29th March. We have discussed this with the aftersales team at Malton.
