We are so sorry that you have had issues with your new car and we know that you have been in contact with Mike Hall, Sales Manager, who has organised a courtesy vehicle whilst your vehicle is in with us next week. The air conditioning was checked prior to handover and we have gone through these checks again with the technical team. As you correctly say the water leak was undetectable until we had the deluge this week. We are reasonably unique among main Volvo Dealers in that we do supply cars of all ages and we believe Volvo customers should be able to buy 7 - 10 year old cars from their local main Dealer where they will be guaranteed more knowledgeable technical support, access to courtesy cars, free wash and hoover etc. These cars are, however, at more risk to potential issues but by providing 'our own' comprehensive Warranty we will cover items like Air Conditioning and leaks.
