Good Morning Mr S, We are pleased you were happy with the service we provided at York and that you are still enjoying your Volvo XC90. As you are aware we do try and accommodate clients requests for vehicle collection but this is not always possible. We hope, however, you found the courtesy car satisfactory. As you are hopefully aware we do have a variety of service plans available which allow you to budget for your repairs, along the lines of monthly payment of utility bills.
