Thanks for taking the time to talk to me recently and for feeding this back. It was disappointing that we sent out chipboards instead of White boards on the first order.
We must strive to get this right on future orders . The freight we deliver is bulky and heavy and we must make every effort to always improve to try to make it easier for the customer on the delivery they receive
