Hello, Thank you for your feedback on your recent delivery of Rapid 3 Pro product. With regards to the weight of the product once packaged we acknowledge that this is a heavy item and therefore improved communication on our website to make customers aware of this is something we will take onboard. With regards to the splitting of the packing, the previous version of this product was shipped as two separate boxes. Unfortunately, this resulted in a sometimes only half of the shipment being delivered due to the two boxes become separated within the couriers’ network. Therefore, we opted for a single box when putting this product together. When considering the thickness of the packaging box it is always a difficult balance between keep the product protected and trying to use the minimum amount of packing to reduce the amount of waste material we generate. In this case it looks like the for the shipping journey this product went on we did not get it quite right. When we ship a few bays of this product to one customer we ship it all together on pallet to minimise the risk of damage during delivery and make it as easy as possible for our courier network to handle. However, it looks like we need to look at increasing the use of corner protection on some of smaller shipments, we will look at with our warehouse team.
