Very goof
They booked our trip very efficiently, my only gripe is that they sent the holiday pack, minus the train tickets, although the booklet was quite informative, it didn’t give any timings of the trips.

Excellent customer service and good value. Have booked two more tours
My wife and I have not been on the the Christmas market tour yet We are expecting a good tour. We have also booked for Harz Mountains in April 2020

Dear Paul, thank you for your reply and for the compensation. I would give the booking a rating of **** but would have liked a little more detailed info earlier on. Regarding the actual Holiday I would have given that a 4 * rating as well, if the first day had gone to the original plan. The rest of the holiday was enjoyable. Holidays by Rail do generally avoid the disadvantages of airports these days, long coach journeys, Boring "days at sea", but do tend involve more luggage handling problems! Our courier, Janice Williams did her job very well.

I am not busy with holiday preparation I am busy getting used to being a widow. I have given a five star comment but was leaving all this until I have had the holiday when I shall try to respond.
