Regarding the points you made on our service, I apologise you feel you did not receive a good level of service as this is something we pride ourselves on. Your feedback on this matter has been passed to our continuous improvement programme team. As a business we do not offer monetary compensation, but we do always offer replacement or alternative items along with any assistance in solving any product challenges. I can see on this occasion this was not suitable as you had sourced them elsewhere prior to contacting us.
