Firstly I would like to thank you for renewing your policy with Quotax and taking the time out of your day to give us feedback on our service. I have reviewed the file and as a result changed the way we process Hire and Reward renewals. From our notes I can see that we recieved all of the documents in the post on the 10/03/2015, these were then sent to the Insurer on the same day. On the 13/03/2015 we recieved the Certificate back from your Insurers and it was sent out by Post (first class)the same day. On the 20/03/2015 we recieved a call informing us the documents hadn't been recieved, we then emailed them over same day. Rather than relying on the post we should have offered you the option of emailing the documents to you.
