Hi, thank you for your review. We are very sorry to hear you have had a negative experience with your order. Looking into your order, I cannot see that you have contacted us in regards to any damages, our customer service team are more than happy to organise a resend of the goods if unusable or a partial refund if you have been able to work around these damages. Please send some photos over to us at customerservice@profbuild.co.uk and they can look into this for you.

Thank you for your review, we are sorry to hear you’ve had a negative experience with your order. We can see that you placed your order on the 27th March, this was delivered on the 28th March and unfortunately was damaged. You contacted us and sent us photos of the damages and we arranged for a replacement to be sent out, due to the time that you contacted us and the bank holiday weekend, we weren’t able to dispatch the replacements until Tuesday 2nd April. We understand the frustration caused by this but as per our website we do advise not to book in any work or labour until goods have been received in case of any damages or delays.

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, it seems the goods were damaged in transit and the couriers disposed of the goods without informing us. If we had been made aware of this we would have notified you as soon as possible. We will be making the couriers aware of this. I can only apologise for the delay and the inconvenience caused.
