We are very sorry for the experience you've had buying from us. After your order was missed on Monday, our team contacted you to offer a free upgrade to a newer model and arranging a pre-10.30am delivery for the following day. Unfortunately, FedEx then delivered to the wrong address, causing further delays. We completely understand the frustration this caused; after your order wasn't shipped on the Monday as expected and then didn't arrive until 1pm on the Wednesday when we had promised a pre 10.30am. We fully understand your position to want a refund on this order which was processed the following day. We always aim to deliver a much better experience than this and sincerely apologise for the experience. We hope you have found a suitable solution for your needs and are up and running again.
