Very good although the meeting invitation that Pure HR sent me was for the wrong date (Sun 9 Oct instead of Wed 12 Oct), apart from that it was a very good course and the trainer was excellent

Very informative day and interactive. The course covered delegation and difficult to engage with staff which I can take back to my work place. Found the action plan helpful

Extremely useful and informative
The whole day was very informative and extremely useful. I feel like I learnt a lot and would definately recommend Pure Human Resources in the future. The lunch was also amazing!
