How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

good efficient service provided cheerfully.

I was offered an insurance product but it wasn't what I wanted. I explained this to the advisor who went away and came back with one that met my requirements. It was done quickly without any fuss.
