No response to emails
Poor customer service. No email order confirmation emails. Emailed asking if they had received order, no reply. Only correspondence was automated on delivery date.

The food is great. The only issue was I wanted to collect and was from Weston super mare which is about an hour away. Not a problem but you have to phone to arrange when you can collect. Again...
