We’re truly sorry for the trouble you experienced with the fridge/freezer and regret that the resolution didn’t fully meet your expectations. Regarding the parking pass charge, we completely understand your concerns given your length of stay. This fee is set by the building management, and unfortunately, we don’t have control over it or add any extra charges. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.
