Hello Keith, We can only apologise for the issues and inconvenience caused by our couriers who misrouted your delivery back to our own warehouse. In our experience delivery issues are rare but do happen from time to time. We always try to resolve any problems as quickly and efficiently as we can and on this occassion we contacted you the day your order arrived back at our warehouse which was as much of a surprise to us as it was an inconvenience to you. We offered you a full refund or re-delivery which you chose and I am pleased to say your order has now been delivered.
