Hi we have changed our couriers as a result of these issues and pleased to say that we now work with the best of the best  (as surveyed by Which?)  you can now track your delivery with ease and change the time and place to suit you....

Hi Firstly thank you for buying the product and secondly I have to agree that particular bag is difficult to fill and therefore we need to look at an alternative.  As a very new business we are trying to find the most efficient way of providing a quality product in a very price competitive market.  Some of the bags are easy to fill with the system we have (although we are looking at a new improved system).  You could have been a lot harsher so thanks for not kicking us in the teeth.  We have looked at the option of sending filled and it comes down to the cost.  When we run a sale we have to send unfilled as it would be economically unviable to send out filled as the cost of someone filling adds another 10% to the cost!
The other thing was this bag was not actually in the sale and we let it go as we did not want to disappoint - the sale was for the Jubbly and the Daddy which are easy to fill

Hi Ben, thank you for your speedy reply. I must emphasis that it is a very good bean bag. I have been looking for a very long time for something that was comfortable, attractive and compact. This bag has all those qualities. I understand that you are in the process of making the transfer process easier. I also appreciate you honoring the sale price even though the bag was not mean to be on sale in the first place. The customer service I have experienced during this small issue has been fantastic and has more then made up for the problem in the first place.

Thanks very much for the constructive comments.  We do need to improve the delivery without question.  That has been a learning curve where we have no control over the 3rd party and that is being addressed now.  Glad you like the bag and sorry that you had a bit of trouble filling...
