Good service.

Very good service, but one problem. Couldn't open suitcase on arrival because of tie. Scissors were inside suitcase of course so had to find someone to lend me scissors! Can't carry scissors in hand...

Hi there, sorry you had trouble with the plastic ties. There is actually a little tag on the side where you pull it and the whole thing comes off (and the "tamper aware seal" is broken) - but this mustn't have been obvious, so we will look at how to make that clearer. Thanks for your feedback :-).

Thanks for your reply and explanation. Sorry I didn't realise, didn't look closely and just assumed the tie had to be cut off. I'll know next time! But I thought the service was very good and will certainly use it again. It was wonderful not to have to check in myself and walk around with suitcase.
