Went like clockwork

Came on time, took cases and had a call to check re weight before booking in. Everything went like clockwork. Would use again (although not every time due to cost!!)

AirPortr operative did not identify that I had not paid for bag in the hold

I was unsure if my ticket included a bag in the hold - the AirPortr man said it did, and then when he delivered it to BA I was charged £65 for my suitcase.
